Install Docker
Gentlybot Desktop runs threads in containers. Install OrbStack (recommended) or Docker Desktop first.

Launch Gentlybot Desktop — it lives in your menu bar and walks you through a quick setup.

Sign in from your browser once; the app pairs your Mac as a runtime node. That’s it.
