What is a workspace?
A workspace is the shared home for one company, product team, or client account. It holds the teammates, projects, integrations, usage balance, and billing controls for that group.
One workspace usually covers your whole team: invited teammates, connected projects, integrations, usage, model access, and billing live together. Each plan includes monthly usage; extra purchased usage rolls forward until it is used.
Think of it as the shared account where your team runs Gently together — not a seat, and not one workspace per person.
A workspace is the shared home for one company, product team, or client account. It holds the teammates, projects, integrations, usage balance, and billing controls for that group.
Most customers start with one workspace. Add another only when a group needs separate billing, usage limits, integrations, or admin control — for example, a separate business unit or client environment.
You do not need to bring model keys just to get started. Gently is model-agnostic, so the right model can be matched to the job instead of locking your team into one provider.
Start with Gently-provided access to capable models immediately. Your monthly included usage covers tokens, sandbox work, browser checks, and artifacts.
Gently can work across OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source model families, so sessions are not locked to a single provider.
If you need your own model accounts, private deployments, or cloud environment, we can support that through an Enterprise plan.
Enterprise is for teams that want Gently's workflow with their own infrastructure choices: private cloud environments, model accounts, dedicated capacity, or stricter security requirements.
Talk to usGently tracks the real costs behind each run — AI tokens, sandbox time, browser checks, and artifacts — then applies the workspace's usage markup. Admins see both the real cost and the customer-facing usage balance.
Actual provider cost for the models Gently uses.
Server time for live previews and product workspaces.
Recorded browser checks, screenshots, and interaction runs.
Logs, captures, generated files, and review artifacts.
Usage-based pricing should feel predictable. Gently lets admins decide whether to pause, consume prepaid rollover balance, or permit a capped monthly overage.
Next month starts with a fresh included allowance, while the remaining add-on balance keeps rolling forward.
